Minimum Income of Applicant:
BDT 50,000.00 per month.

Common Requirements

• Completed Application Form.
• Valid Passport.
• National ID Copy/ Declaration if NID is not available.
• Other acceptable Photo ID copy (if NID & Passport are not available).
• Personal TIN/ IT-88/ Tax return submission slips copy.
• Passport size photograph of applicant duly signed by the applicant and attested by source.
• Nominee's Photograph & Signature duly attested by the applicant. If applicant's sign does not match with any of the provided photo IDs, then declaration is required.
• Signed Authorization Letter for B/S Verification.
• Completed CIB Form.

Document Required
For Service Holder

• Filled in Application Form.
• 2 copies of Passport size photographs.
• Photocopy of National ID Card/ Passport.
• Latest Salary Certificate.
• TIN Certificate.
• Bank statement for last 6 months.
• Any other document to show prospective cardholder's income strength.
• An un-dated Cheque.

For Business Personnel

• Filled in Application Form.
• 2 copies of Passport size photographs.
• Photocopy National ID Card/ Passport.
• Trade License/ Memorandum/ Deed of Partnership.
• TIN Certificate.
• Bank statement for last 6 months.
• Proof of Own Residence (if available).
• Proof of T&T Phone (if available).
• An un-dated Cheque.

Visa Local Gold
This type of card is taka card of which acceptance jurisdiction only in Bangladesh and transaction currency is BDT. The differences between these two cards are higher credit limit than silver card.

Visa Dual Gold

• This is a high value dual card remaining other features same with classic dual. Gold dual is also for the higher earner category customers and its credit limit starts from BDT 1,00,000.00 to BDT 5,00,000.00 and this Limit is convertible into USD within the global limit as per endorsement.
• A secured dual card's limit will be maximum USD 25,000.00 against lien on RFCD or ERQ account. As per customer request dual card will be offered to customers against his/ her Travel Quota, Residence Foreign Currency Deposit (RFCD) account and Export Retention Quota (ERQ) account.
• Dual card can be used in local currency in country and foreign currency outside the country.
• Local currency limit and foreign currency limit will be defined in the system as per approved credit limit.
